Refund policy

 We hope you love your purchase. If not, feel free to return for store credit or exchange sizes.

 *All Sale items are FINAL and cannot be returned *

Items are eligible for return of STORE CREDIT if:

• All items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered and have the original tags still attached.
• Items received within 15 days of purchase date.
•  Items must be free of deodorant, make-up, perfume, and other stains/odors.

Shoe return policy:  

• Shoes can be returned for store credit and/or size exchange (if available) within 10 days of purchase.  Shoes must be unworn, undamaged, in original condition.

RETURNING AN ITEM:

To return an item by mail:

• Enclose a copy of your receipt.
• Mail to:

 Store credit will be sent to the email provided via E-Gift card once item has been receive and approve for return.

Due to how fast orders move through our warehouse, we are unable to cancel an order once it's been submitted. We do, however, have a way of returning the order for in-store credit. Please contact customer service for additional information!
